NF Construction & Driveways Ltd. was established in 2007. However, the business is built on over 30 years of industry experience in tarmacking, paving, and curbing, gained through extensive groundwork and utility reinstatement projects, including gas, BT, and cable TV ducting works.
Since its formation, the company has grown into a trusted contractor, delivering high-quality work across both private and public sector projects. NF Construction & Driveways Ltd. has worked as a main contractor for East Sussex Highways and is part of their Buy With Confidence scheme, as well as completing works for organisations such as Scottish Power and Energy Network Services.
Today, the company is supported by a skilled local team that has successfully delivered hundreds of projects. With a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, NF Construction & Driveways Ltd. continues to build a reputation for professional, hands-on service across every job.

Lead of Construction
Lee Furminger
Lee Furminger is the current lead of NF Construction & Driveways Ltd., continuing the family legacy established by his father, Neil Furminger. Building on years of hands-on experience within the business, Lee now oversees operations and project delivery, ensuring the same high standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction are maintained across every job.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys kite surfing and playing rugby.
Founder AND DIRECTOR
Neil Furminger
After serving five years in the British Army, Neil Furminger returned to join the family business, working on reinstatement tarmac projects for utility companies including gas, BT, and cable TV ducting. Building on this hands-on experience in tarmacking, paving, and curbing, he went on to establish his own company in 2007.
Since then, Neil has grown into a respected local contractor, working with organisations such as East Sussex Highways, Scottish Power, and Energy Network Services. Despite leading a successful team and delivering hundreds of projects across the region, he remains actively involved on site, ensuring every job meets his high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Neil also took on the extraordinary challenge of rowing the Atlantic Ocean as part of the OceanDadventure team, raising over £100,000 for Prostate Cancer UK and WOLO Foundation.
